NDY Printing Paste

NDY printing paste is produced by Hubei Daya Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The production of NDY printing paste utilizes unique process technology with independent intellectual property rights. Through the modification of algae and polysaccharide compounds, the structure viscosity of the paste is increased, the rheology and thixotropy of the paste are improved, and the product has better Chemical stability; selectively block the hydroxyl groups in the molecules of polysaccharide compounds and introduce hydrophilic macromolecular groups to increase the chemical compatibility and water holding capacity of the product, which is more conducive to the improvement of shear thinning It improves the product's instant dissolution, dispersibility and chemical stability of the color paste; at the same time, the composition of the multi-component makes the product PVI value characteristics show pseudoplastic fluid performance.
 
The product production technology is domestically leading (has applied for national invention patents), was included in the "Hundred Key High-tech Products Promotion Plan of Hubei Province", and won the "Jingzhou City Science and Technology Progress First Prize". Application practice has proved that the cost-effective advantage of NDY printing paste is obviously higher than that of sodium alginate, and it is a new type of high-tech printing paste that can completely replace sodium alginate.
 
NDY printing paste has high color yield, fine paste formation, good shear thinning performance and chemical stability, and good printing effect. It shows good functions and cost-effective advantages when used:
 
1. High color yield (10%-20% higher than seaweed), which can directly reduce dye consumption cost;
 
2. Good chemical stability. It has good compatibility with printing and dyeing auxiliaries and dyes. It is not easy to spoil and deteriorate during storage and does not need to add preservatives. The chemical stability of the color paste is much better than sodium alginate, especially in summer.
 
3. Good water retention and high structural viscosity. Under the action of shear stress, it has good shear thinning performance, excellent penetration performance, uniform printing block surface, high contour definition, and smooth lines;
 
4. Good solubility, it can be quickly dissolved in cold water under stirring conditions;
 
5. The cost-effective advantage is obvious. Compared with sodium alginate of the same quality, it can directly reduce the use cost and improve the economic benefit.

This product is packaged in kraft paper bag lined with polypropylene plastic bag, 25Kg each. Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof during transportation and storage.
 
Description of preparation method:
 
When preparing the original paste, the additive amount is the same as sodium alginate. First add 65% of the formula amount of water. Under stirring conditions, sprinkle this product evenly and slowly. After stirring for 20-25 minutes, add the remaining 35% of the formula amount of water, and then stir for 20-30 minutes. Let it stand for 15 minutes.
