1. Performance characteristics
PES-C high-efficiency special lubricant for papermaking is a kind of high-efficiency and multifunctional core/shell type polymer coating special lubricant developed by our factory in order to improve the physical and chemical properties of the coating and improve its function. . It is mainly used in the coating of processed paper to improve the printing gloss and smoothness of the finished paper, increase the printing color density, strengthen the peelability, protect and lubricate the doctor blade, and improve the appearance quality and printability of the finished paper.
The process technology of this product has passed the expert appraisal organized by the Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, and has been recognized as the leading domestic level. It is a domestic initiative. 2. Physical characteristics
This product is a light yellow to light brown translucent emulsion, easy to disperse in water, good thermal stability, no delamination or failure when stored and used below 60℃, and has good compatibility with other components in the coating system Sex.

4. dosage and usage
The dosage of this product in the paint is 0.5%-1% (calculated as the percentage of the absolute amount of the pigment). This product can be directly added to the dispersed pigment dispersion and stirred and dispersed.
