Recently, the inauguration ceremony of the traceability base of Chinese herbal medicines jointly established by Chongqing Yunyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Chongqing Wanli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was officially held in Shangba Township, Yunyang County, Chongqing City.
At the base of Chinese medicinal materials, the medical staff of Yunyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine inspected the construction of Chinese medicinal materials in detail, inquired about the growth status of Chinese medicinal materials, and discussed the problems and solutions during seedling raising, cultivation technology, planting period and solutions.
Chongqing Wanli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. actively responds to the call of "ten thousand enterprises to help ten thousand villages", relying on the unique soil conditions and alpine climate advantages of Shangba Township, through the "company + base + farmers" model, planting Rhizoma Polygonatum, Sichuan Codonopsis, Baiji, 1,200 mu of Chinese medicinal materials such as gastrodia elata, coptis and cork, started construction in 2017. Up to now, the base has solved the employment problem of more than 1,000 local farmers, and has promoted more than 100 poor households to develop the traditional Chinese medicine industry, with an average annual income increase of more than 7,000 yuan.
